2. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made for any subscription plan, add-ons, or services on myworthit.ai are non-refundable.

Once a payment is completed—be it for a monthly, annual, or customized subscription—it is considered final. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges, but no refund will be issued for any unused period in your current billing cycle.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Your account will stay active until the end of the current billing period. After that, it will downgrade to a free/basic plan (if applicable) with no additional charges.

4. Exceptions — Discretionary Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Technical issues caused solely by our system that prevent normal platform access.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part.
