Worthit AI is an all-in-one AI-powered CRM platform designed to automate and optimize your business processes. By using this platform, you agree to abide by these Terms, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other linked policies.

2. Account Registration

To access our full features, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

We provide a 3-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you must upgrade to a paid plan (Growth, Pro, or Enterprise) to continue accessing the full suite of features.

Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or access interruptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Worthit AI for:

  • Spamming or sending unauthorized messages
  • Uploading viruses or harmful software
  • Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Hacking, scraping, or unauthorized access to our systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, trademarks, code, and content within the platform are the exclusive property of Growable Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activity.
