Privacy Policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Worthit AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website or use our CRM service, why we collect it and the choices you have. We have written it to be read, not just filed.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, work email, company name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Workspace content: the leads, contacts, deals, proposals, invoices, files and notes you or your team add. You own this content.
  • Billing details: the plan you choose and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, and are not stored on our servers.
  • Website enquiries: the name, email, company and message you send through our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure and support the service, including sending account, invoice and security emails.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To reply to your enquiries.
  • To improve the product, using aggregated usage information.

AI features

When you use the AI assistant, the text needed for your request, such as the details of a lead or invoice you ask it to write about, is sent to our AI provider to generate a draft. We do not use your workspace content to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, email delivery, payments and AI processing, and only as needed for those tasks. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your own SMTP and custom domains

If you connect your own email server or domain, your provider’s terms apply to that service. Credentials you provide are stored encrypted.

Security and retention

Workspaces are isolated from one another, access is role-based and important actions are logged. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can export your records at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
