These terms govern your use of Worthit AI (“the service”). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
1. The service
Worthit AI is a hosted CRM for service businesses. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and we will try to give notice of material changes.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity of the people you invite. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Free trial and plans
New workspaces may receive a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Paid plans are activated when payment is confirmed. You can move to a different plan from your billing settings.
4. Your content
You own the data you put into the service. You give us permission to process it only to run and support the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data of your leads and clients, and for using the service in line with applicable law, including rules on marketing messages.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service or access other workspaces.
- Do not resell the service except through an eligible white-label plan.
6. AI features
AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes. Please review them before you use or send them. You are responsible for what you send to your clients.
7. White-label and custom domains
On eligible plans you may connect your own domain and branding. You are responsible for the domain, its DNS settings and for the content you present under your brand.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided by email, and priority support applies to the plans that include it.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if payment is overdue, after notice where reasonable. On request, you can export your data, and we will delete it after a reasonable period following termination.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will let you know before it applies. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
